Good old fashioned personal service. Cannot be faulted. I have a 50 mile round road trip to visit "hobbyprint" , but it is well worth the time and effort.

I telephoned Hobbyprint this afternoon to ask about purchasing a new printer. I previously purchased an Epson WF3520 from Hobbyprint in 2013 and this has been amazing. I recently changed to a laptop and the prints were not up to a standard for my hobby. I was recomended an ET-2862 ink tank printer. The printer arrived and it works well. Thank you Hobbyprint..

Following my previous suppliers ceasing to trade. I have used Hobbyprint on several occasions to order consumbles for making hand made photographic cards. My original apprehension was completey unfounded! The goods arrived well wrapped and protected,

Great products and service and even a phone chat with the boss when I forgot how to fill the cartridges. Very nice people running this business.

I brought an edible printer from this company through Amazon, I was having so many difficulties setting it up, simply because I didn't know how to, so instead of sending it back which Amazon was recommending , I decided to call the company direct. I spoke with an extremely polite and funny man by the name of Mike who talked me through the whole process of setting up the printer, to software advice and print settings. He had so much patience and time for me which I really appreciated.  Now I am all set up I think it is fair to say that Mike will not be able to get rid of me that easily !, he has me as a customer for life .

Have just received my ciss tank conversion, everything was straightforward and had it up and running in a matter of minutes, I followed the utube video and found it very down to earth with all the steps explained in detail.. 

Mike is very knowledgeable about sublimation printers and a pleasure to deal with.  So nice to buy from a company that answers the phone and takes the time to deal with their customers personally.
