Following our conversation yesterday I can confirm that the printer is working great, was easy to set up, and I’ve had some stunning results on slate blanks with photos.

I have been using this product for some time now, the quality is fabulous. I have printed from 3 different epson printers and no issue at any stage (except that one time I printed on the wrong side by mistake) I will continue to purchase this product as its the best I have come across. A lot of my customers have also commented on how amazing the quality is.

Purchased this product many times for our HP Z6 DesignJet printer and it is great. Nice textured finish that feels premium and very hard to find roll paper that is this size so this is a great find! Would definitely recommend this product

Firstly chasing my order up with DHL and then handling it all so well.Then quickly sending me another one and sorting all the paperwork out to claim for the lost one .So sorry that you had to go through all this due to the negligence of DHL .You are all superstars especially the lady who I spoke to that I didn't get the name of .

I recently purchased the G3560 edible ink bundle from Hobbyprint. There were not many sites selling the complete package ~ with papers and Ink ~ so this was the main reason for choosing Hobbyprint.  The site was very easy to use and all my questions were answered quickly. The delivery was next day after ordering.

This company is a little gem.

I have been a customer of HobbyPrint (Home Media) for many, many years. Mike is so very knowledgeable. Recently I had a problem with my printer which we couldn't fix over the phone. Mike asked me to send him my printer and he really went above and beyond to fix it for me.

As a card maker, I needed a printer which would take 300gsm card and was struggling to find one. Mike pointed me in the right direction and i have not looked back since.

Their prices are very competitive and in my opinion, their aftercare service, help and advice are second to none.

Absolutely fabulous customer service and support from Hobbyprint. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and creative in finding a solution for us. Our heat press was failing us at the wrong time and Mike arranged for a replacement to be shipped to us the following day. No hassle practical solution thinks about us as customers.
